5.5.25: Green light for the Heat Extract version of the Hood Insert project...

So, after a good back and forth email discussion with my vacuum former manufacturer, I decided to take a chance and give him the green light to cnc the mold. After mold is machined, he'll get a sample part mold for me to trim, finish, and test fit on my VX. If everything is, as it should, and no last minute modification to the mold needs to be made, then I'll release and announce the part to be offered to the public. I'll post pics of the first install and get it painted flat or glossy black.
