So I printed another set of Shifterplates and made the necessary changes on CAD so I can install using M4 flathead screws and T-nuts. As you can see they simply fasten underneath the lip of the shifter cover opening with the T-nuts.

I replaced the existing shifter cover with the extra one with the shifterplates installed. No internal interference with the console components underneath. And the results speak for themselves. I still need to make a mold for the small clear window. But need to make some minor adjustments to the CAD before finalizing the design. I may also explore different filament colors for the production run.
